4 Assemble lower core together.
STEP 1 Assemble lower core together. 06/02/2017 J. Humbert, EN-MME

5 Install cooling tube and clamp tube.
STEP 2 Install cooling tube and clamp tube. Weld rings after cooling’s tube installation to be sure that the rings are in contact with the Copper Core. 06/02/2017 J. Humbert, EN-MME

6 Assemble upper core together.

7 STEP 4 Return the Lower Core and install Graphite & Tungsten block inside. 06/02/2017 J. Humbert, EN-MME

8 STEP 5 Install Compression Tooling and assemble the upper Core with the lower Core. 06/02/2017 J. Humbert, EN-MME

9 STEP 6 Install cooling tube and clamp tube.

10 Install Temperature Sensors in each side (x14 PT100).

11 STEP 8 Pull Tool. 1/ Use lifting slings to slide the Core in the tube. 2/ Pull the Core with the tooling and keep space between Core & End plate to remove it. 3/ Remove pull tool and insert threaded rods instead of. Insert Core in Vacuum Tube with lifting slings and pull tooling. 4/ Fix pull tool on threaded rods. 5/ Pull the Core up to the plate. 6/ Remove the tooling and the threaded rods to install the screws. 06/02/2017 J. 12 Downstream Welding parts.

16 STEP 13 Fiducialization of the core assembly
