I am a satisfied owner of a Nexia System and Trane Remote Energy Management Thermostat. It is used in a beach condo and renters love the lock feature because we don't have to send keys and they don't have to keep up with keys. The thermostat also allows me to remotely monitor what renters are doing with the temperature.
