3 Class Procedures 1) Daily journal prompt (Elaborate on topic)
2) Discuss upcoming homework/news 3) Homework collection (if applies) 4)  Daily lesson/activity (modeling of skill) 5) Assess class comprehension of lesson (Levels of Understanding)

4 Follow the Uniform Policy.
No chewing gum in class. No eating in class. Stay in your seat and don’t interrupt others. Bring your binder, notes and all materials to class. No electronics/cellular phones or texting.

5 Supplies! 1- 3-ring Binder with 3 Dividers
These dividers need to be labeled as follows: (Class Work, Homework, Vocabulary, Grammar, Handouts) 1 -Composition Notebook (to be kept in class) 1 -Pack of Lined Paper (I keep some extra on hand for emergencies Highlighters, pencils & pens Novel and HMH Collections Close Read Workbook *Refer to syllabus for list of materials Supplies!
