The average rent collection for Fiscal Year 2017 is 85 % 65 legally blocked accounts as of June 30th, 2017. June rent for blocked accounts total $23,787.

Key Takeaways SFHA is conducting VMS reconciliation to identify any misreporting to VMS that may have affected program utilization rates. SFHA has contracted with Casterline to assist with the reconciliation and staff training. RAD Phase I final leasing is occurring. - Completed: 430 Turk, Eddy’s, 462 Duboce, 25 Sanchez, 227 Bay - Pipeline: Pine, 255 Woodside, 345 Arguello, st Ave, RAD Phased II final lease up has started for: 990 Pacific RAD Working groups continue to prove helpful for improving operational efficiencie.s Working with HSH on direct referrals with MOI to increase HCV leasing. The use of wraparound services should improve lease-up success rates. SFHA is working closely with HUD to maximize voucher utilization and to fully implement the HUD Two Year Tool. Working with Elite to provide accurate vacancy reports across entire PBV portfolio.

PIC Reporting and RAD SFHA expects the reporting rate to maintain at 100%.

Landlord Engagement Activities: Completed Landlord events on April 28th and June 13th. - Topics included: Rent increases, inspections, and lease enforcement Completed landlord survey result analysis Online survey accessible by SFHA website continues to collect responses. Audit Activities: No current audits occurring for the HCV program Audit results received for SEMAP confirmatory review and Single File Audit reviews – both require corrective action plans which are the focus for the next 30 days. SEMAP: STANDARD rating confirmed
