4 4 PIC Reporting Key Takeaways 100% is the current December 2014 Reporting rate HUD requires that the SFHA reporting rate be at 95% or higher. The SFHA is currently in compliance with HUD requirements.

5 5 PIC Reporting Rate – December 2014 The projected December PIC Reporting rate is 100%. Since March 2014 the PIC Reporting rate continues to trend upwards and has exceeded the HUD requirement of 95% for the third straight month.

6 6 Operational Updates – Recertifications and Inspections Key Takeaways 96% is the Annual Recertification rate for December 2014 96% is the Annual HQS Inspection rate for December 2014 HUD requires that at least 90% of Inspections and Recertifications are processed on time. SFHA is in compliance for December 2014.

7 7 The SFHA monitors SEMAP indicators on a monthly basis. HUD’s PIC system has confirmed 100% PIC reporting rate and 4% delinquency with annual reexaminations.

10 10 Section Eight Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) Key Takeaways The 2015 SEMAP score is currently 41.4%. This represents an improvement over the 2014 score. SHFA has improved their score on the Correct Tenant Rent Calculations, Annual Reexaminations, and Annual HQS Inspection indicators earning the full points.

11 11 SEMAP Preliminary Report – As of December 2014 The SFHA will monitor SEMAP on a monthly basis. The score is already improved from FYE 09/30/2014 * Blanks under the 2015 Score column indicate still under review and not yet confirmed..

13 13 Training Activities Continuous quality improvement is fundamental to the success of the program. The following trainings, workshops, educational meetings were held in December. Annual Administrative Plan Training - All Leased Housing Staff. December 18, 2014 Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) System – All EIV users. December 15, 2015

14 14 Department Activities in Progress Department Activities Staff Assignments: Staff received regular assignments in December to commence on January 5, 2015. SEMAP: Ongoing review of SEMAP indicators Rent Increases: Continue processing previously submitted requests. Ongoing preparation for RAD conversion
