4. 4 PIC Reporting Key Takeaways 100% is the current December 2014 Reporting rate HUD requires that the SFHA reporting rate be at 95% or higher. The SFHA is currently in compliance with HUD requirements.

5. 5 PIC Reporting Rate – December 2014 The projected December PIC Reporting rate is 100%. Since March 2014 the PIC Reporting rate continues to trend upwards and has exceeded the HUD requirement of 95% for the third straight month.

10. 10 Section Eight Management Assessment Program (SEMAP) Key Takeaways The 2015 SEMAP score is currently 41.4%. This represents an improvement over the 2014 score. SHFA has improved their score on the Correct Tenant Rent Calculations, Annual Reexaminations, and Annual HQS Inspection indicators earning the full points.
