5 EDITING PROGRAM Edit program If occurred mistyping, retype with:
a) Move cursor on characters (number or letter) to be changed with “FWD”,”REV”,”” b) Delete mistyping character with “DEL” button, then type the correct character and press “INP” button.

6 PROGRAM RUNNING TEST Program running test
Program running test program is a command to read and run CNC program without knife and main axis moving The target of program running test is to recognize several errors in program, namely: Language error, program format, and mathemamtic Mistyping in entering data manually Error reading on entering data through storage or cable

7 CUTTER TRAJECTORY / CUTTING TOOL TEST
Knife trajectory / clipper test conducted with running without work object (dry-run). conducting this test can be detected: a) Error in cuter motion direction b) Error in cutter motion type, feeding motion or positioning

8 RUNNING PROGRAM Running program
Running program in CNC lathe conducted with standard and job conditions, namely: Work object installation Cutting tool location at early position Running program conducted after program running test, cuttting tool trajectory test, and cutting tool compensation test.

The analyses is conducted when there is quality deviation of product from specified standard. It is conducted for: Error in dimension and the cause Error in position and the cause Error in surface quality and the cause

If the cursor stops on certain block, mean there is program error. Try to fix it and consult to your teacher
