2. TAG Drills – Relay 1 Set up Split group into teams of 4
One ball per team
1 line of cones (x4) required per team spaced at 5m intervals
One coach per team

3. TAG Drills – Relay 1 Aim The aim of this relay is to:
Promote running with the ball in 2 hands
Practice the correct try scoring technique
Collecting the ball from the ground
Speed

4. TAG Drills – Relay 1
Player 1 races to cone 1 and ‘scores’ a try leaving the ball at the cone and rejoins back of line

5. TAG Drills – Relay 1
Next player races to cone 1, picks up ball and races to cone 2
Player races to cone 2, ‘scores’ a try and returns to line
Marlow RFC Under 7s

6. TAG Drills – Relay 1
Relay stops with ball at Cone 4 and all players back in line.
Relay continues with Player 1 racing to last cone, collecting ball and scoring at Cone 3, Player 2 takes the ball from Cone 3 to Cone 2 etc etc
