3 You can also use on to make suggestions about doing something:
On regarde un film? Let’s watch a movie. (Are we going to watch a movie?) On écoute la radio? Shall we listen to the radio? You can also use on to make suggestions about doing something:

4 With on, you use the same form of the verb as you do with il & elle.
Il parle français avec le prof. On parle français au Canada. With on, you use the same form of the verb as you do with il & elle.
