Friday Food For Thought: Students send in a photo of a nutritious meal they have created, including the ingredients, preparation, and name of the creation and they will be featured on our Instagram and facebook!
Dining Hall Creations: For students who use the dining halls on campus to come up with creative recipes in the dining halls using a variety of healthy ingredients to show people what they can do to make the food in the dining halls more exciting.
Recipe Redo: Think of a favorite recipe that is not very healthy (pizza, cookies, etc) and recreate the recipe into something that is more nutritious. Send a picture to me with the recipe included and I will post to Instagram and Facebook.
Smart Menu: When eating at restaurants/cafes, it is hard for some people to find a healthy option. If you are eating at a restaurant and come across a nutritious dish/item send us a picture with the description and name of the restaurant to help others when deciding where to go to eat.
