3. About Alpheus ™
Our hose is made from premium quality oil resistant rubber coupled with nylon cord and embedded helix steel wire. These materials combine to provide excellent kink resistance and workability while providing outstanding performance and long service life in all types of inclement weather situations.
The built in 150 pound ANSI flanges provide a complete assembly for our customer’s high-quality dock hose requirements.

6. Alpheus™ 100% Testing
100% testing is performed on each Dock Hose prior to shipment. Working pressure and burst pressure testing is completed by keeping PSI pressure for half an hour to ensure no leak exists.

Best Suited For:
Bypass pumping where fluid transfer around areas of environmental concern. Two of our foremost services include sewage bypass and creek bypass pumping.
Discharge lines in dredging work, also used in short lengths as flexible coupling to connect steel pipe mounted on pontoons.
Dockside loading and unloading of gasoline, oils and other petroleum based products from tankers where heavy duty large diameter hose is required.
