Oct 4 & Nov 22, 2016 Delegation to Council Staff Report & draft Bylaw (3070) Jan 10, 2017 1st & 2nd Reading of revised Bylaw & Process Jan 24, 2017 Public Hearing, 2nd Reading Rescinded & Review Requested May 2 & 9, 2017 RS1 Changes Presented to CPAC & Council Revised RS1-N Bylaw Requested July 25, 2017 Bylaw 3070 (RS1-S) Adopted

4 Bylaw 3105 Amendment to OCP to create DPA Guidelines for Moody Centre:
Small lots classified as ‘intensive residential’ Ensure new small lot homes maintain neighbourhood character Form and Character can be approved via DP

5 Bylaw 3106 Amendment to Development Permit Delegation Bylaw No. 3032:
Delegate authority for issuing Intensive Residential DPs to the GM of Development Services Reduce fee from $3,580 (Council DP) to $510 (Staff DP)

6 Bylaw 3107 Amendment to Development Approval Procedures Bylaw No. 2918: Exempt RS1-S rezoning applications from the CPAC requirement prior to Council consideration Save approximately 2-4 weeks of time during application process

7 ADP TOR Amendment Amendment to Advisory Design Panel Terms of Reference: Exempt RS1-S applications from ADP Review Save approximately 2-4 weeks of time during process

8 Next Steps Continue to receive applications
Monitor staffing needs & application fee/cost Public Hearing for OCP Amendment (Bylaw 3105) Adoption of bylaws, if endorsed by Council
