2. The potential of this ever rising market
In recent years, the Muslim tourism market has grown rapidly, and the total expenditure of Muslim tourists worldwide in 2016 is US $ 155 billion. By 2020 the global Muslim tourism market is expected to reach 220 billion US dollars.
According to statistics, the number of Muslim tourists in 2016 was 121 million, an increase of 3.4%. There will be 150 million Muslim tourists by 2020, accounting for about 10% of the total number of tourists worldwide.
Based on the huge tourism market of Muslims, the travel industry is hoping to take a slice of the hot market.

3. In recent years, with the rise of the Muslim tourism market, more and more countries have increased their concern for Muslims, hoping to attract more Muslims to travel.
Like Japan with the opportunity of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, through the development of green Muslim tourism, the improvement of services, the development of halal diet, has successfully attracted a large number of Muslims to visit and, as a consequence, has greatly promoted the development of the domestic economy.

4. What is Halal ? Halal is Muslims’ custom.
These terms are commonly used in relation to food products, meat products, cosmetics, personal care products, pharmaceuticals, logistic, hotel.
No pork, alcoholic drinks, blood etc.

5. HALAL INTERNATIONAL
HALALAN TOYYIBAN:
Means things or actions which are assured and guaranteed for quality, safety and wholesomeness which are recognized by both Muslim and non-Muslim.

6. Catering Industry The slaughterer must be a sane adult Muslim.
The slaughterer must say the name of God before making the cut.
For the catering industry, the halal is not just a dish to be halal, utensils must also be done to halal. Cooking must be a new purchase, independent use, a special cleaning tools and places, and special storage.

7. Cosmetics Industry
Skin care products, manufacturing and management chain have to meet the requirements of the production of the halal products.
Preparation, production, manufacturing and storage chain need to avoid the Muslims prohibited ingredients (prohibited animal ingredients, genetically modified products, alcoholic ingredients and other suspicious ingredients)

8. Hotel Industry
Muslim room can not display any idol, Islam prohibits any form of idol worship, idols are considered illegal.
The room on the west wall should have the direction of worship, so that the guests are facing the right direction when they are praying.
