3. Type of Organization
Sports Connection is a non-profit organization that was established by a major gift from an anonymous donor to the Community Foundation.
The mission of Sports Connection is to promote good sportsmanship, fitness, health, and recreational activities for young people in an environment that enhances good community relations.

4. What Is My Position? Serve as Assistant Director
Report directly to Karen McKay, Director
Participate as a member of the leadership team
Work Independently with Limited Supervision
Assist with administrative responsibilities
Provide leadership and supervision for other employees and volunteers
