1 Introducing MagicInfo Videowall I

2 Introducing MagicInfo Videowall I
MagicInfo Videowall I is a high performance software based approach to videowall processing, using an Ethernet network instead of video cabling as infrastructure. MagicInfo Videowall I is designed to be a lower cost alternative to dedicated hardware based videowall processors. MagicInfo Videowall I utilizes a standard user-supplied PC to act as a point of control and distribution over a LAN, to player imbedded in the Samsung LFDs. This allows for the entire videowall matrix to be treated as a single display, regardless of bezels, display size, rotation, or placement.

3 MagicInfo Videowall I Features and Benefits

4 MagicInfo Videowall I Benefits
Flexible Wall Shape & Resolution Cost Effective Live Video Streaming Easy Scheduling Easy Remote Management

5 MagicInfo Videowall I Benefits
MagicInfo Videowall I supports an array of standard and non-standard configurations.

6 Flexible Display Configurations
Unlike traditional video processing, MagicInfo Videowall I is capable of creating unusual and creative videowall shapes. Displays can be in either portrait or landscape. Displays can be any size or resolution. Videowalls no longer have to be linear!

7 Flexible Display Configurations
Layered Different Sizes

8 Flexible Display Configurations
MagicInfo Videowall I also supports display rotation, for even more flexible configurations.

9 Compatible Content Types
Picture Files Video Files Samsung IP Camera Streaming PC Desktop Sharing

10 Dynamic Content Layouts
MagicInfo Videowall I allows the user to create multiple content scenes, and schedule them to run on the wall at any time. Multiple content items can be incorporated into each scene. Every display can be controlled independently, allowing flexibility in content layout. One Content Item, Different Layouts Multiple Content Items, Different Layouts

11 Dynamic Content Layouts
Content placement is not tied to individual displays, content can span bezels and be placed anywhere on the display matrix. Content can be zoomed in or zoomed out to fill a desired area.

12 Instant Scene Publishing
If the user wants to publish content layouts (scenes) to be displayed on the video wall, they can be scheduled to play, or edited and published on the fly. Edit Scene & Publish Immediately Change Size Add Content (Image / Movie / PC video /Live camera) Change Position Change Content Order

13 MagicInfo Videowall I Features
MagicInfo Videowall I supports streaming live video to the videowall via the LiveCaster software. The PC with LiveCaster installed can stream its desktop video to the videowall. PC video can be captured full screen (up to 1920x1080), or as a single user definable area. Video will stream at up to 30 frames per second. Up to 10 LiveCaster streams can be supported at one time.

14 Incorporate External Video Inputs
MagicInfo Videowall I can integrate external video sources connected to the display matrix. Different layouts can be configured. External inputs must use the built in DisplayPort daisy chain, or a matrix switch, and work in whole monitor increments. 15 Remote Device Management
MagicInfo Videowall 2 can take advantage of Samsung’s MDC protocol to provide complete control and settings for video wall monitors. Device Management General Remote Monitor On/Off Remote VNC Access to video wall connected monitor Monitor Identification System Display system information from the monitors: Model, CPU, Memory, Video adaptor, Video Memory, Resolution, Rotation, Time Synchronization Display Check and change monitor setting: Display brightness, volume, channel and mute, etc. Network Check and change network information: MAC Address, driver version, DHCP, IP address, etc.

16 Integrated Message Tickers
Text based messages can be sent to the videowall on demand from the Console. The font, scrolling animations, and location can be configured by the user. Messages are superimposed over the top of playing content, but not external video inputs. Welcome to Samsung Electronics!
