Citizenship Training Mental and Physical Fitness Scout Oath On my honor I will do my best to do my duty to God and my country and to obey the Scout Law; To help other people at all times; To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake, and morally straight.

5 Tenderfoot Requirement Develop a plan and track for 30 days
Pushups Situps Sit-and-reach 1-mile run Develop a plan and track for 30 days Re-test and show improvement Scout is always 30-days out from completing Tenderfoot until the complete their initial test

6 Second Class After completing Tenderfoot requirement
Be physically active at least 30 min per day for 5 days per week for 4 weeks. Track your activities Scout is always 4 weeks out from completing Second Class until he starts and tracks this requirement

7 First Class After completing Second Class requirement
Be physically active at least 30 min per day for 5 days per week for 4 weeks. Track your activities Scout is always 4 weeks out from completing First Class until he starts and tracks this requirement

Follow three healthy practices at all meetings and gatherings: Snack smart: Serve fruits or vegetables, when you have snacks (three meetings).
