Conditions for restricted access to data sets and network services are specified
National geo-portal is defined as access point for all listed network services
Measures for sharing of spatial data sets between public authorities that will enable them to share its own and gain access to other spatial data sets and services will be adopted through agreement

TRANSPOSITION
The NSDI Council, the coordinating authority which will monitor the establishment and operation of NSDI, will provide structures and mechanisms for identification of relevant data producers, data sets and user needs, and will coordinate the contributions of users, producers and added-value service providers
The NSDI Council is not yet established, but its establishment is in progress
