I would recommend to use AppBrain than Android Lib because its easy to install, manage and use, there are a lot of good reviews about AppBrain and it does what it says it does.

Company's can use Open Web Apps to allow users to pay a monthly or yearly fees to use a software application without having to install it on local hard drives.
