10 Results Services Exceptional Circumstances, dealt with pre-certification, 3318 requests Results Services are for N5, Higher and Advanced Higher only There is a cost, only if a grade does not change 70% of subjects are now e-marked, no clerical check can be applied The majority of requests were for marking reviews, almost 20% received a change to their grade, representing 0.4% of all entries
