Assess region’s approach to TSMO
Define NOACA role in advancing TSMO

Our original application was to focus on work zone management associated with the Innerbelt Construction project.
It has sense morphed to a more holistic look at TSMO across the regional transportation system.
NOACA’s role has historically centered on the ITS architecture, reviewing signal projects submitted by local agencies for federal funding and participating in District 12 TIM team and DSRT meetings.
