The systematic process of translating principles of learning and instruction into plans for instructional materials and activities.

How will we get there? Inst. Strategy How will we know when we have arrived? Evaluation What are the objectives of the instruction What is the instructional strategy and the instructional medium What should our tests look like: How will we evaluate and revise the instructional materials?
