1,2,3 Utilizes form mechanism to gather information available from the EHR to produce the needed NHS Outcome Report document. Overtime this “gap support” will be minimized to attain ideal information exchange.
4. After receiving the fully populated form (all the data needed for the NHS result report), the CDA document builder creates the CDA document and sends it to the Health Information Exchange Infrastructure for processing.
5. State uses existing data processing mechanisms to absorb the information which has been consumed through the gateway and interfaced into their EHDI IS system.
