19. Unscheduled Closure
Prep students who take the bus would catch the bus as usual (unless you have indicated otherwise)
A message would be sent via the bus company when the bus departs so that an adult will know when to meet them at their bus stop
All other children need to be collected by a responsible adult (not a sibling from the Senior School) named on their Emergency Procedure Information
Please keep emergency ‘collection’ information up to date (Storm Contacts)

20. Weather Warnings
Download the Hong Kong Observatory Weather App If there are weather warnings – please check our website for information on whether classes are suspended. We aim to update our website by 6.15 am Please read the ‘Weather Guidance’ (on last week’s eBulletin)

21. Weather – Rainstorm Warnings
If there is a RED rainstorm warning prior to 6.00 am classes will be suspended for students
If there is a BLACK rainstorm warning prior to 6.00 am
classes will be suspended for students
If one of these rain or typhoon warnings is raised after students are already on buses, we will contact you or one of your other collection adults to come to collect them from school.

22. End of the Day - Collection
Please advise us of the adults who have permission to collect your child (via the Home-School Diary)

Please note you cannot park on the road outside of school. There are parking garages nearby.

23. Buses
Please advise us by noon via a bus note if your child is not travelling on the bus
Please be aware – students can’t swap buses or go on buses for play dates

Our iLearn pages are delayed this year – we had scheduled to do them on the Typhoon Day.

39. We welcome and appreciate your help but please understand:
You are there to support a whole group of children. You may even be asked to support a group they are not in.
It is a chance to support children with their learning. Sometimes taking photos can get in the way of this.
We’re relying on you!–It is very difficult if you change your plans the day before and can no longer come or if you need to leave early.
For the children to get the most out of it, we need you to follow our instructions!
