Make the GPS fields required for after the reporting year 2011.
SPCS-4:
Add long building name. Display this long name on SPCSR1-3 and SPOPS-1.
Lift the restriction for Effective Building Year not to be mandatory .
Allow minimum value of Effective Building Year to be 1700 and not 1900.

SOD ‘AC’ and Subsystem ‘GC’. When Yes, the External Condition codes on GOPS-21 are used
Synchronise ACS-4 and GOPS-21
HEMIS-7: Use condition code from GOPS-21 or ACS-4 depending on the SOD
SPCOPY-4: Produce a report at the end of SPCOPY4 where data exist in SPOPS-1 for personnel that do not have Offices in PAA table for the reporting year.
