2. Land Investment For Transformation (LIFT)
Outcome:
Increase in land tenure security and a reduction in the constraints to accessing markets for rural communities will lead to:
Increased investment and thus incomes through the use of the land,
Improvement in gender equality and social capital,
Semi-autonomous land institutions for delivery of land administration services.

3. Outputs of LIFT
Deliver 14 million second level land certificates (SLLC),
Improve rural land administration (RLAS) in 140 woreda offices,
Support the development of the rural land sector to enhance productivity and investment on the land (M4P approach). .
