myRecord
(for Staff/Students)

3. Sign in to myRecord For Staff / Students For Alumni
Enter your username / password
For Alumni
2. Press
Sign In
button
Enter your library no / PIN
2. Press
Submit
button

4. At myRecord, click Search Catalogue button.

5. Search the catalogue by any term

6. Search the catalogue 1. Enter any term to search.
2. Press Search button.

7. Record Browse Display : Add the titles to myRecord
3. Click ADD to My List button.
2. Select a list already in your lists or
create a new list.
1. Select any titles to add to your list.

8. Add the title(s) to a NEW list
1. Enter a NAME for the new list.
3. Click Submit button.
2. Enter the DESCRIPTION of your list.
4. The system displays a
confirmation message
for the new list.

9. Add the title(s) to an EXISTING list
4. Click MY RECORD button to view the List.
3. Click ADD to My List button.
2. Select a list already in your lists.
1. Select any titles to add to your existing list.

10. View MY LISTS in myRecord
Click MY LISTS button.

11. View MY LISTS in myRecord
Click Management link.
Your list will display.

12. Modify MY LISTS in myRecord
You can delete, export, rename or move to another list by clicking the following buttons.
