4 Log-in Here Step One Log-in at the top of the page by entering your Username and Password, then click “Log In”

5 Career Cruising Log-In
Username is your LHS username with an fc- in front of it, for example LHS Username Career Cruising Username fc Password is the same as your LHS password without the exclamation point LHS Password- Aa12345! Career Cruising Password- Aa12345

6 Click Here Step Two Click on “Education”.

7 Click Here Step Three Click on “Undergraduate schools”.

8 Complete undergraduate school selector starting with “Type of School”
Step four Begin survey and answer questions important to you. The more questions you answer the better your results. When complete click “View Results”

9 List of Results Results Results will appear as a list, with the blue title as a link to learn more about the college, and allow you to save it to your account.

10 1) Education 2) More Questions 3) Skills Inventory Save to plan Choose a minimum of three colleges you would consider and then save to your PLAN

11 Click “My Plan” and then check “My Saved schools”
1) Education Click “My Plan” and then check “My Saved schools” Save six careers 2) More Questions 3) Skills Inventory Confirm saved Schools Click on “My Plan” in the upper left corner, and confirm under “My Saved Schools” that three are saved. We will walk around and double-check.

12 Career Cruising Visit on your own and develop your personal college list. We will continue to use Career Cruising throughout high school. Great resource not only for Career Information and college planning! Keep your log-in information

Getting Started Take the Plunge it's your future so get involved!! Why is Junior Year important?? Maintain Grades – Work Hard Prepare for and take the ACT & SAT Self Prep Classes Individual Tutoring Mock Test Develop a list of colleges that you may want to attend

Things to Remember Visit the counseling web page often Look for information regarding junior information sessions held in November Involve your counselor in your college search and application process Plan during your junior year. The time to apply to college will be upon you soon. Finally – DON'T PANIC !!!!!
