The Systems Biology of Denitrification – £3M Exploratory Pre-application to the BBSRC. UEA, Aberdeen, Oxford, Manchester Nitrous oxide production in soils by ammonifying bacteria - £600K Funded Grant by BBSRC-DEFRA government partnership award UEA & Aberdeen Molecular studies on nitrogen cycle enzymes. BBSRC funding for studies on nitrate, nitrite and nitric oxide reductases UEA & Oxford. Three grants totalling £1M Is it soil- or organic matter-C that drives denitrification? - £300K NERC Aberdeen & Macaulay Institute
