2. What is Fuse?
Fuse is our home grown Time Entry Tool, developed by our very talented associates in Manila!
What is so great about Fuse?
Fuse allows you to capture and upload your time with the click of your mouse, and without ever going into Oracle.
Other great advantages to using Fuse:
Fuse allows you to enter comments on all of your time, allowing project managers to better understand your work and properly bill our clients (which should cut down on questions on your time entry)
Fuse has been enhanced to allow you to upload your time directly into Oracle
Fuse is faster and easier than entering time directly into Oracle
Fuse can be used even when you’re offline
Fuse keeps a history of all your tasks so you can easily review them later
Fuse gives you the ability to review your hours per client in any given month
Fuse generates Weekly and Daily status reports that are ready to be sent to everyone on your team

5. How do I use it? User Manual
After you download the tool and accept the installation, Fuse will start running automatically. You then need to set up the tool with the codes you use the most. There is also a user manual you can download directly from the Fuse interface. Click the Settings button, and then User Manual from the bottom left of the screen:

6. How do I use it? Set-up Codes
First step after download: Get your codes ready!
To set-up Fuse properly, it’s important that you have the codes you use the most available. Common codes are:
Client Codes and Tasks
Ongoing
Annual Enrollment
Change Orders
New Business
General Office
Management (for Team Managers)
PTO
Training Time

7. Main Interface Highlights:
Time Entry
Misc Time:
No time tracking - Default when you are not associating time to a designated billing code. This time does not get uploaded to Oracle, or counted into any buckets of time for reporting.
Task:
What you enter here ends up as the your time entry comments in Oracle.
Client:
This is your associated billing codes that you name in the Billing Manager

The task comments and time will display at the top of the Fuse screen for your active task
