The Flemish Government: the development of a universal career service with: ethical principles and a strong, public director’s role with public-private cooperation Mission statement: As career director: creating the conditions for all citizens in Flandres that allow them to fully use their competencies on the labour market and in the society As service provider: assisting citizens at the development of their career in complementariness with the services provided by other actors
