Relationship Insights is currently in Preview
Settings > Administration > System Settings > Previews
Read license terms and if you agree, select the “I’ve read and agree to the license terms” box
Scroll down to Relationship Insights section and select Yes radio button for each preview feature you want to enable

Activate and configure features previously selected in System Settings > Previews

Relationship Insights requires the following infrastructure:

Only the relationship assistant is available, and only its base cards are supported.
No features or action cards are available for Exchange, so your Exchange version is not important.

Auto capture also requires the following:
You must use Microsoft Exchange Online as your server.
Users must use the web client for Dynamics 365 (online) (other front ends are not supported).
For each user that requires access to this feature, you must approve their address to allow queries against Exchange (requires tenant-level admin privileges).
To track incoming messages, you must set up server-side synchronization. More information:

To use followed attachments, OneDrive for Business must be available to your Dynamics 365 server. To use followed attachments, you must also enable document management for in Dynamics 365.
To enable delivery-time recommendations based on recipients' time zones, you must enable Bing Maps in Dynamics 365.
