14 Constraints WatSan ER Coordination
Inconsistency in Participation by relevant stakeholders. Slow activation of District working groups in certain districts. Geographical access issue Some partners reluctance to work in certain geographic areas due to security issues. Some NGO’s are still waiting for their NOC for Tank and DIK. Funding constraint Till date for ER WatSan, 30% of the projected fund has been committed / delivered by donors. Information Sharing Some of the IPs hesitate to share their Project specific data (Funds/Resources) Non- sharing of 3 w matrix by NON-UNICEF IP’s Capacity of WatSan ERWG Partners. Lack of response to AWD alerts by WASH partners except UNICEF. Latest data of Government/partners on gaps, activities and outputs (proforma already sent to all TMA’s and PHED for preparing such data)
