However the PCC has no money The curate finds an old painting behind a cupboard in the vestry. You have never seen it before. The curate takes it to an antique dealer friend who values it at £20,000 and says he will sell it for you. On the basis of this you give the go ahead for the boiler work. CWs PCCs and Law 6
