Philomina Brittain created Green-Gro Ltd for the production of organically composted fertilizers and organic pesticides, now used extensively in Ghanaian commercial agriculture.  Philomina has a background in biochemistry, including research at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana and Rhodale Institute in the USA. Dr, Nanayaa Bates is a Director at Green-Gro Company and focuses on the application of neem oil in Skin Care applications. She has a PhD in regenerative medicine from Queen Mary University of London.
