Faraday House is a new business centre based in Eastbourne, East Sussex. We provide high quality, affordable, facilities for Voluntary and Community Groups and Business Partners to use on a day-to-day or long term basis.

We are a social enterprise run by the charity Age UK East Sussex. Income from Faraday House stays within the voluntary sector; supporting and furthering work across the local community.

We can host your one-to-one meetings, appraisals, interviews, team meetings, social groups, conferences and receptions. We offer round the clock access, several small meeting rooms, a fabulous garden and our new conference and training suite.

Buying resources for an event or a one off occasion can be costly. At Faraday House we have a range of good quality event equipment and other resources available for one off, or short term, hire.

9. accessibility
Faraday House is a fully accessible venue with no step access across the entire site. We have accessible parking and toilet facilities as well as a height adjustable kitchen and workstations.
Our meeting rooms include induction hearing loop systems, brail signage and audible / visual fire alert systems. Our garden is fitted with wheelchair access trackway.
We have designed our conference suite to be a Dementia Friendly Venue and have staff and volunteer Dementia Friends on site.
