Jane Austen is the greatest English novelist. Her realism, biting irony and social commentary give her historical importance among bachelors and critics.

2 Her novels “Sense and Sensibility”(1811),
“Pride and Prejudice”(1813), “Mansfield Park”(1814), “Emma”(1815), “Persuasion”(1818) brought her success as a published writer.
