Accomplished through a large bio-dome which has one season year round and is monitored constantly by the government

3 Environment Strict, oppressive, constant police supervision
Strict departure and return times, uncomfortable climate conditions, and no separation of city life and factory life

4 Economy No one is rich All Outer Party members live under the poverty line and have to pay taxes The Inner Party members are lower middle class citizens and receive reasonable wages and pay low taxes Everyone is kept on tight allowances

5 Occupations Robo-cops do all government and municipal jobs
Inner party members teach in government institutions Outer party members handle all farm work and other hard labor

6 Government A dictator is at the head of the government
Robo-cops run the rest of the government positions because the dictator trusts no one The Inner Party is brainwashed into believing they are special in order to ensure their loyalty to the dictator People who commit crimes are punished according to the seriousness of the crime

7 Laws Drugs to regulate behavior
Harsh punishments for uprisings and violent behavior Serious crimes are punishable by death Trackable devices must be carried at all times Segregated “Young” and “Old” buses All books must first be approved by the government

8 Conflicts In Chiotana, there are no conflicts
The people have been brainwashed to believe that they are the only country in the world, and if there were fights with other countries this illusion would be shattered
