Customers that wanted it but refused to pay for their own phone lines

Customers self testing equipment, independence and took control of their own health and wellbeing
Logistically it was a challenge, making sure that all the customers were in at the same time to switch off and install the lifelines

Sourced funding through SAFFA etc to help most vulnerable customers to have land lines and any other associated costs
