ProctorU Reminders: Exam Creation
ProctorU exams should be reported to ProctorU using only the Assessment Directive Form (ADF) Excel sheet or using the form on the website. The ADF via is recommended so that a ProctorU representative can respond with any questions or concerns. The ProctorU Blackboard building block and LTI tool are both no longer supported.
8
ProctorU Reminders: Naming Convention
The Department field, in most cases, should read “FIU Online.” For Corporate MBA courses, change the Department to “CMBA.” For the Course Name area in the ADF, always use the Course Title assigned in Blackboard that includes the semester, course name, course ID, and course section. For example, for EIN5226 RXDA 1165 use Blackboard’s Course Title of “1165 – EIN5226 – Total Quality Management for Engineers – Section RXDA – Summer 2016” as the Course Name
9
ProctorU Reminders: CreatorPro Syllabus
Proctored exams should be entered in the Proctored Exam Policy area on the CreatorPro syllabus. In an effort to accurately track all proctored exams for fully online courses, the Proctored Exam Policy group in CreatorPro has been updated to include an ‘Add Exam’ button. Effective Spring 2016, Instructional Designers are required to report proctored exams using the new ‘Add Exam’ feature. From these inputs, reports will be generated to track proctored exams administered in fully online courses.

Official Grade Center Policy
Instructional designers may access the Grade Center, create and manipulate grade columns, and set up calculated columns and total columns. Instructional designers are restricted from entering student grades and may only clear grades upon written ( ) confirmation from the faculty member. Faculty members are ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy of all aspects of the Grade Center, including calculated column formulas.
