the social and material interactions that take place in and around a local area. complex networks by which these interactions are connected (history, economic, environmental and social interactions) how the community develop a unique culture through these interactions As part of the process of cultural mapping, students: Interact with the community to learn about their history, philosophy, practices Study and document the community’s wide range of human, material, environmental and social capital
