All WBC (except Kosovo*) and Turkey had expressed interest in becoming associated to Horizon 2020
EC explained financial contribution and estimation with 50% rebate

EC preparing draft international agreement on association
Terms and conditions: same as FP7
Transmission of drafts with explanation to all countries that have expressed interest will be transmitted before December 20, 2013
