Rotarian Spotlight: Lee Cooper Club of Chester, VA Lee was born and raised in Chesterfield County. A Bird High School graduate, he attended Christopher Newport. He currently lives in North Chesterfield with his fiancée Julie and his Red Siberian Husky, Cody Diablo. His passions includes going to the movies and the beach. Lee is a ABM at C&F Bank in Chester. He has been in the banking industry for 10 years. He loves to build relationships with his clients and help them achieve their financial goals.
