Expectations Attendance
Door is locked at 8.55am. Attendance is expected to be higher than 96%. Uniform Smart - shirts tucked in. Ties to be worn. School shoes to be worn. All uniform to be labelled. PE kit PE- Every Tuesday morning and Friday afternoon. Please can kit to be labelled and in school. Water Bottles/ Lunch boxes Please ensure they are named.

Homework Daily Reading
Children are expected to be reading every day at home. This is to be recorded in their reading records. When is homework given & due in? Homework is given out on a Wednesday and due in on the following Monday. Children are expected to know all of their times-tables up to 12x12 by the end of year 4. Children should also know the spellings on the Year 3/4 Statutory Spelling List.

If your child has concerns
If a child is unhappy we encourage them to speak out about it by: Talking to a friend Raising an issue in circle time Talking to any member of staff Talking to a parent/ carer who can relay worries to us Talking to any class teacher Writing a note to any trusted adult who can then investigate Speaking to a middle or senior leader.

Addressing parent concerns
Firstly, please speak to the class teacher or any member of the Year team – we are here to help! If it has not been resolved the next step is the Phase Leader – Mrs Kendall Then, if it still hasn’t been resolved the next step is one of the Senior Leadership Team.
