View the Space is a leasing and asset management software that allows real-time access to leasing and portfolio data; however, portfolio data must be uploaded into the VTS system.
Hines has developed this upload with VTS requirements where data is uploaded every night to an FTP site where VTS will then retrieve and load the data into their system.

8. Criteria for Data Retrieval
Supplemental data used for properties that are a VTS Entity as not all Hines data should be retrieved from JDE.
Hines developed a floor position for our internal stacking plan and this was utilized for the VTS floor position.
Only units that are active in JDE are retrieved.
For occupied units, lease detail (F15017) move-in and plan- out dates are used.
Future leases are also retrieved.
All rent information is retrieved for occupied units.
A UDC is used to direct rent bill codes to the appropriate VTS Rent Type.
A UDC is used to direct JDE options to the VTS Option Type.
Data supplied in excel or CSV.
