3. Overview The system is a distributed time table maintenance system
It keeps track of regular attendance of office time
Keeps track of the leaves that an employee has taken
Provides a way to apply for a leave
Provides a way to grant leave by authorized person

4. Overview (Continued)
Provides a way to inform authorized person in charge of intermediate leave
It tracks the out going time and reentering time of intermediate leave within office time.
Provides a way to Create, Edit and Delete group for particular projects & assignments
The system keeps track on all kinds of information about the employees

5. Start up Window
This window is the main interface, provides all the means to interact through out the System using Menu / Toolbar / Shortcut Keys from this Start up Window.

6. New Registration Window
Every Employee must be registered to use the system. This window provides the interface to Register for the first time and all the required information about an employee.

7. Login Window
Employees enter their UserID & Password to login to the System through this window.

8. Logout Window
This window is used to Logout from the System by entering UserID & Password.

9. Intermediate Out Window
This window is used to inform the person in charge about intermediate leave from within the office time.

10. Intermediate Return Window
This window is used to track the time of an employee returning from the intermediate leave.

11. Leave Application Window
An employee can apply for leave to the person in charge through this window.
This Window is used as Leave Application to apply for leave to the person in charge.

12. Leave Permission Window
Authorized person in charge can check the applications to grant leave for employees, have applied for leave.

13. Group Manipulation Window
This window is used to Create, Edit, Delete groups and see all the details of a group.

14. Help Window
This window provides all the help required to use this software.

15. Reports can be generated from this System
Employees personal information including Education, Training and Experience.
Employees available at office at any particular time including Employees on Leave and on Intermediate Leave.
Report of Entering time and Exiting time of an Employee within working days attended by an employee in between days( i.e. From dd/mm/yyyy To dd/mm/yyyy).
Employees are on Leave ( Sick or Casual).
Leave taken by an Employee till to date.
