You are here with a vision ,with doubts ,apprehension ,butterflies. But Above all u have confidence that this training programme with so many Speakers would help you to build yourself in the course of many sessions & speakers –that u would be charged with newly acquired enthusiasm, Confidence & Josh

6 But but the most important motivation comes from within. from our belief system, what we are doing ,we believe in it & accept responsibility .

7 Why -? Why we need to be motivated ---- ----
motivation is a driving force ,which comes from a desire to excel, to do our best.

9 Motivation can be ---- External ------
-- a)------gifts, awards recognition etc b) There may be fear motivation c) There is incentive motivation --- winning elections,

10 But the greatest motivation is ----belief ---
biggest motivation is your belief in your work, your organization Your focus should be ---strong passion to serve ,born out of a firm belief &  a desire to serve mankind.

11 The spirit of Inner wheel should be so well  imbibed in you ,that for one year you breathe ,talk, eat sleep, walk --- only Inner wheel

13 Ask Yourself---- Do you love what you are doing ?
Are you discouraged by other's opinions & comments. Are you truly interested in to give your best or you are just doing what others do? Do you bring in personal politics in your service activities?

14 Contd -- Do you believe that God's grace is the final fulfillment of any service?

If you love what you are doing ,you will be happy. Success is not the key to happiness, Happiness is key to success.

Take initiative rather than wait for someone to give you responsibility.

SERVICE IS THE HEARTBEAT OF OUR ORGANISATION.

Either lead/ or get out of the way -----for those who are following u.

19 Truth------ ------There should always be truth in your actions & attitude .

20 Your Attitude-- Importance of your attitude towards your Organization----- With better attitude ,people would be better team players.

21 Knowledge ---- Get into continuous learning process.
Being ignorant is not so much shame as being unwilling to learn to do the things right way.

22 Commitment--- It,s your duty to serve to your  best at your post. You are a family member in the big family of IW,Always do your best, its better to wear out than to rust.

23 BE Optimistic Make a habit of doing it now Never leave till tomorrow--which you can do today.

Persistence is a decision----a commitment to finish what you started.

25 Pride of performance---
----Half hearted efforts do not produce half results, It produces no results. Do it right the first time & then every time.

26 Remember--- Most people will not remember ,how fast you did your work but they will remember you for how well you did your work.

Its less of me ,& more of we. Coming together is the beginning, keeping together is the progress & working together is success.

Not only its a great opportunity to excel but it is also a means of making your work easier.

39 INCREASES EFFICIENCY ----when working in a team you are working towards a common goal or set of objectives. The whole process of your work becomes more efficient. For example ---if there is a problem faced on the way--there are more hands on the deck to help solve the issue.

40 A Learning Experience----
As mentioned earlier ,teamwork is very imp as it brings people together from different backgrounds and levels of experience. Consequently this may be continuous learning during a meeting or learning which may occur without you may be realizing while listening to /observing others. It is quite possible that you may learn from someone else knowledge which allows your own skills & capabilities to grow.

It is important to remember that support & sense of belonging in a workplace can contribute greatly towards job satisfaction. A strong team environment can act as great support to build a strong organization.
