Introduction Highveld Industrial Park
The Highveld Industrial Park is situated in Witbank, Mpumalanga, and is only a 1.5 hour drive from Johannesburg. The facility is located adjacent to Old Pretoria Road and the N4 highway, ideal for providing easy access. The Highveld Industrial Park is the new premier warehousing and office location and is the largest industrial park in Witbank. Highveld offers a range of workshops and warehouses for rent, to be utilised for various and diverse purposes such as storage, maintenance and repairs or heavy machinery operations. The site has large capacity as well as a number of weighbridges available, facilitating efficient logistics in support of the warehouse function. There are furnished head offices and flexi-office space available for rent, which can also be utilised for administrative functions or training. Services* Ancillary services offered include potable water, electricity, internet, a canteen, refuse disposal, ample parking, change rooms, a clinic as well as A-grade security. The Highveld Industrial Park complex is conveniently situated within the South African railway network, providing tenants with rail network access. *Charge not included in standard monthly rental

Facility Description – Workshop No. 5
A structural steel fully cladded building with concrete floor situated inside our high security enclosed complex. The building is 60m long x 35m wide x 6m high having a total floor area of 2100 m2. The west, east and south sides of the building have 5, 3 and 2 off large roll up doors (5m x 6m) respectively. The facility has a five ton capacity overhead crane which spans the entire width of the building, three oil storage / recovery tanks and vehicle wash bay. Power supply – 220 / 380 and 525 Volts for welding. A double storey brick building butts on to the workshop having four fully air conditioned offices, mess room, changing room, toilets and a equipment store. Adjacent and apart from the workshop described above is a double storey brick building which houses eight fully air conditioned offices, three conference rooms / training venues, reception, kitchen and toilet facilities. All the above offices are equipped with network and telephone points. Undercover parking is available.
