24 FAQ Regulatory PRODUCT NAME: Must be Prominent – >½ the size of largest font on the label. Qualifiers must be no less than ¼ the size Must include method of production “Wild” or “Farmed”

(Other values use normal rounding rules) CAPITALIZE all letters in NET WT AND LB AND OZ Metric units always use lower case (g, kg). Periods for abbreviations are optional Only declare to the non-zero level Example: show “10 LB” not LB. 29 FAQ Regulatory - Claims
Product must be minimally processed. Product must not have any added ingredients or water added Product must not have any retained moisture statements (Scallops must meet 80% moisture or less) Must obtain a letter certifying that the product meets the natural claim from the supplier “ALL NATURAL” Product must not have had any antibiotics administered or any aquaculture drugs used at any time during the farming process. Product had no chemical additives added during the harvesting, processing, or packaging Must obtain a letter certifying that the product meets the chemical free claim from the supplier “CHEM FREE” or “CHEMICAL FREE”
