2. What is it??
It is a disorder in women that causes weakening of the walls in the bladder and the vagina, and causes the bladder to push into the vagina.

3. Causes Heavy lifting Weakened muscles during childbirth
Weakened muscles around the vagina because of lack of estrogen and menopause.

4. CURE
Avoid lifting anything heavy that can cause the cystocele to get worse.

Surgery
Estrogen replacement therapy.
