What Have We Evolved From?
County tax maps created by WV State Tax Department in 1960’s Original maps produced as ink on mylar In-office working copies were blue line reproductions Parcel changes performed by STD

GIS A new tool for more detailed information City style addressing Concern of safety and emergency agencies These concepts need to merge to benefit the community
