In the first photo I can see a dentist treating a little girl; the girl doesn’t seem to be afraid; they are in the doctor’s surgery;
In the second photo there is a farmer and some cows, they’re in the field. The farmer might have come to milk his cows or to bring them back home;

These two pictures are similar because they show people in their workplace. In both pictures the men seem to be enjoying their jobs. They both look happy and relaxed, what is more, the ones they’re taking care of also look quite comfortable.

However, there are also a number of differences. To start with, the men’s working conditions are very different. The dentist works in his office whereas the farmer works outside, close to nature. Besides, the dentist deals with people while the farmer takes care of animals.
